We would like to inform you of the following terms and conditions::

• To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required.

• In case of booking without a credit card, we ask for an advance payment of 30% of the reservation amount.

• The room can be collected after 14:00 on the day of arrival.

• On the day of departure, check-out must be completed by 11:00

• Late check-out or early check-in is possible by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.

• Parking is free for hotel guests. Parking spaces are limited and reservations are not possible.

          The price does not include tourist tax, which is:

• Please specify the number of people staying in the room when booking, regardless of age

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival
• 29 – 14 days prior to arrival 20% of the reservation amount will be charged
• 13 – 7 days prior to arrival 30% of the booking amount will be charged
• 6 – 2 days prior to arrival 50% of the booking amount will be charged
• 100% of the booking amount will be charged in case of later cancellation or no-show

Confirmation of the booking also constitutes permission to charge your credit card for the above charges in the event of cancellation, without notice. You also agree that we may charge your credit card for any damages incurred on the hotel premises. Damages include, but are not limited to, material and non-material damage, damage to intellectual property and false claims.

• The reservation is valid until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
• Please inform us of your arrival after 19:00

Discounts for extra persons

• 0 to 1.99 years: 100%
• 2 to 11.99 years: 50%
• from 12 years and up: 30%

Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like us to prepare an extra bed or cot for you.

Discounts for persons on a basic bed

2 to 11.99 years: 30%

Pets

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed in all areas of the hotel. EUR 25 per day extra charge.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.
