General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of frelih.si online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for online and electronic commerce.
The General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the manner of operation of the frelih.si online shop operated by Vinska klet Frelih d.o.o., Šentrupert 35, 8232 Šentrupert (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), the rights and obligations of the Provider and the visitors of the frelih.si website and the users who make a purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

Prices clearly and unambiguously indicated and whether they already include taxes and delivery charges,
Possible methods of payment,
The time validity of the offer.
Registering
When registering at www.frelih.si
, the visitor will be provided with a username identical to his/her e-mail address and a password. The username and password unambiguously link the user to the data entered. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to make a purchase and, at the same time, agrees to the content of the terms and conditions.
ORDERS, ORDER CONFIRMATION
When the Provider receives an order sent by the Customer, the Customer acknowledges receipt of the order. This confirmation does not guarantee that the goods are in stock and that dispatch of the goods has begun, but only informs the buyer that the supplier has received the order and that the process of verifying the deliverability of the goods has begun. After the deliverability check, the goods shall be delivered by the supplier. The contract of sale between the supplier and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the supplier sends the order confirmation.
Prices
All prices on the website are quoted in EUR, including VAT.
A reduced price is a reduced regular price valid for a fixed or indefinite period of time and linked to a regular or special offer or prior agreements.
All prices listed on frelih.si are product prices and do not include shipping costs. The price displayed at the end of each order is made up of the cost of purchasing the goods, the shipping costs and any applicable payment costs. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price published at the time of placing the order shall apply.
All prices are valid only for electronic ordering of products via the online shop.
Due to the nature of our business, we aim to change and update product information quickly and frequently. Despite our efforts to provide up-to-date and accurate information in the frelih.si online shop, it may happen that the information in the description is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the information is changed during the processing of the order itself, the provider will give the customer access to the purchase or offer the best possible solution.
Product images are symbolic and do not necessarily reflect the full condition of the product.
PAYMENT METHOD, DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Payment for goods in the frelih.si online shop is possible by the following methods:
Payment by invoice. The buyer receives an invoice at the e-mail address indicated. After receiving the payment, we dispatch the shipment.
Payment via PayPal secure payment system and payment cards indicated on the website.
If agreed in advance, deferred payment is also possible.
Delivery of ordered goods is carried out by our own logistics service or by other delivery services / contractual partners.
You can also collect the ordered goods in person at the Ljubljana Warehouse (Peruzzijeva ulica 24, 1000 Ljubljana).
For delivery within Slovenia, the delivery fee is € 4.90 + VAT. For orders over € 49.00 – including VAT, the delivery is free of charge. For deliveries outside Slovenia, we will compare the prices of at least two delivery service providers and choose the cheapest one, charging the buyer for the cost.
The delivery time for ordered goods is generally 2-3 working days, in exceptional cases it may be up to 10 working days. If the goods are out of stock, the supplier shall inform the buyer and agree with the buyer on the delivery time.
In cases where the tenderer dispatches the ordered products on time, the tenderer shall not be held liable for the contractor’s delivery time being exceeded.
The delivery service shall be liable for any loss or damage to the consignment. In the event of damage or loss of the consignment, the Supplier shall send a new consignment immediately after notification.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE, REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Buyer has the right to notify the Provider within 15 days of receipt of the goods that he/she withdraws from the order. The buyer can return the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to vinska.klet@frelih.si.
The goods must be returned to the provider within 30 days of the date of the withdrawal (purchase).
The returned goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in unchanged quantity to Vinska klet Frelih d.o.o. at Šentrupert 35, 8232 Šentrupert. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments made after receipt of the goods and after checking that they are undamaged and in unchanged quantity. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days of receipt of the cancellation notice and return of the goods.
When returning the goods, the Buyer should enclose the invoice for the goods, personal details and the transaction account to which the purchase price will be refunded.
REFUSAL OF AN ORDER
The Online Shop reserves the right to refuse any order which it determines that it is unable to fulfil under the conditions and with the information available to it.
COMPLAINTS
We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers, so if you have received goods that do not meet your wishes or needs, we will replace them with another or, at your request, refund your money. You can return undamaged, unused goods in their original packaging to us within 15 days of purchase at Vinska klet Frelih d.o.o., Šentrupert 35, 8232 Šentrupert and we will refund your purchase price. The return option does not apply if the original packaging or goods have been used.
In the event that the package in which the Buyer received the ordered goods is physically damaged, missing part of the order or shows signs of opening, the Buyer must report the complaint to the deliverer or courier company that delivered the goods and to us for information. Together with our contractual partner, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
ONLINE SHOP SECURITY
The Provider shall ensure that appropriate technological means and security protection systems are in place to provide adequate protection against loss or misuse of data.
DATA PROTECTION
The provider Vinska klet Frelih d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. All data obtained through the website www.frelih.si will be used exclusively for the purpose of order execution and delivery, as well as for sending offers, information materials, invoices and other documentation. The user’s data will not be passed on to any third party.
We need your data for the smooth process of order execution and any order notifications.
In order to make a purchase in the frelih.si online shop, we need the following information, which the system asks you for:

– *Company (if a legal entity), tax number and all other mandatory data required by the applicable law.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Provider endeavours to establish an effective system for handling complaints and resolving any disputes. The Provider shall comply with the applicable consumer protection legislation.

The Online Shop reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time or without prior notice.

Wine or other alcoholic beverages may only be dispensed and delivered to persons over 18 years of age. Therefore, the customer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order.
